TALLAHASSEE, Fla — Tallahassee’s newest addition to the food truck scene, Eggcitement, is here! On August 31, 2020, Eggcitement celebrated their first day on the street. Specializing in “monster” handcrafted breakfast sandwiches, The Eggcitement food truck is the newest product of Tally Mac Shack, Tallahassee’s Food Truck of the Year.
Offering a number of breakfast sandwiches, including a slow-roasted Korean pork belly sandwich, an egg white, spinach, and feta sandwich, and a thick cut bacon sandwich, among others, Eggcitement also offers coffee, orange juice, and, not surprisingly, Monster energy drinks. Eggcitement partners with local bakery and bistro, The Hawthorn Bistro & Bakery, to obtain fresh-baked brioche bread in an effort to support fellow local businesses.
