On Saturday, August 22, 2020, from 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m., the Leon County Public Library will be holding a food preservation class via Zoom. Led by Heidi Copeland and Samantha Kennedy of the UF/IFAS office, an informative talk and a demonstration of these technique will be given during the hour-long Zoom class.
