Where to Get King Cake for Mardi Gras in Tallahassee

King Cake is a delicious part of a New Orleans traditional Mardi Gras, but fortunately for Tallahassee residents, a number of local bakeries sell them! For Mardi Gras, beginning on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, you can depend on any of these local bakeries to have a king cake for you.

Tasty Pastry Bakery — Located at 1355 Market St # A5, this locally-owned bakery and pastry shop that offers king cakes made from a generations-old family recipe. With several fillings options such as cream cheese, pineapple, and cinnamon, click here to learn about the varieties of cakes they offer. 

Treva’s Pastries & Fine Foods — At Treva’s, you can call to order your very own customizeable king cake. The pastry shop offers a variety of flavors of king cake, and is located at 2766 Capital Circle NE.

Publix Bakeries — Most local Publix bakeries have standard king cakes for sale, but be sure to call ahead of time to ensure that one will be available to pick up!
