All over town, neighborhoods, the local government, and more are throwing celebrations in honor of the 4th of July just next week. Check out this list of places to see fireworks in Tallahassee this July 4th holiday!
Celebrate America at Tom Brown Park — Beginning at 6 p.m. at Tom Brown Park, this popular, family-friendly event, hosted by the City of Tallahassee Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Affairs, is a fun, humongous event with the biggest firework show in town.
Killearn Estates 4th of July Celebration — This neighborhood event, hosted by the Killearn Homes Association and open to all Killearn Estates families, begins at 5:30 p.m. and concludes after the show at dusk.
Southwood Celebration of the Red White & Blue — Southwood residents can once again enjoy their annual 4th of July neighborhood event, preceded by an all-day festival beginning at 10:00 a.m. With pie-eating contests, a parade, and more, this 4th of July celebration is a fun, family-friendly event.
Celebrate Freedom 2019 at Northwoods Baptist Church — Join in on the 4th of July fun at Northwoods Baptist Church for live music, bounce houses, and food trucks. This family-focused celebration will conclude with an amazing fireworks show.
Killearn 4th of July Celebration — If you live in the Killearn Acres, Killearn Lakes, or the Killearn Estates area, this fireworks show is perfect for you! Beginning at 5:00 p.m., a celebration with music and games is followed by the fireworks show that begins after dusk.
4th of July Celebration in Thomasville, GA — Thomasville, GA, just 45 minutes north of Tallahassee, holds a fun, old-fashioned 4th of July celebration downtown at Remington Park. With tons of activities beginning at 6:30 p.m., the firework show begins at 9:30 p.m and is family-friendly.
Independence Eve Celebration in Apalachicola — Located about an hour and a half away from Tallahassee, if you’re looking to go out of town to celebrate with your friends and family, this celebration, which is held the day before the 4th, is for you.
