Brunch is all the rage right now, with good reason! Fortunately for Tallahassee residents, this city has several top-notch brunch spots. Check them out!

Maple Street Biscuit Company — For brunch here, Maple Street Biscuit Company’s hash brown cake, a “cake” made of shredded hash browns, stuffed with gouda cheese, and topped with chives, is a must-try. Their BAM, which is a plate of vanilla bean waffles with bacon, asiago cheese, honey butter, and maple syrup, is a traditional breakfast plate with a twist. In the way of drinks, their iced maple vanilla latte or their “drip” coffee are crowd-pleasers. Visit one of their two locations either in the Killearn area or downtown near the Florida State University campus.

RedEye Coffee — Most famous for their coffee drinks, RedEye’s muffins, including their chocolate and blueberry muffins, and their brunch specials, are delicious treats one can select for brunch. Their cafe con leche, a mix of caramelized sugar, espresso, and steamed milk, or their frappes, frozen, coffee-filled drinks, are just two of many options to add to your meal. Visit their website to find a location near you.

Canopy Road Cafe — The handhelds (read: sandwiches), especially their “breakfast sandwich” will make you want to come back for seconds at Canopy Road Cafe. Their pancakes, especially their Chunky Monkey plate or their caramel apple pancakes, are treats one can only justify eating for brunch. With multiple locations all over Tallahassee, a cafe is sure to be near you.
